Are any of your courses eligible for continuing education/recertification credit hours?
Yes, BernieU has been named an HRCI approved provider and several of our courses have been pre-approved for recertification credit hours. To determine which courses are eligible for credit hours, please navigate to the “Courses” tab and check out the “Courses Available for HRCI Recertification Credit Hours” section.
How do I claim HRCI recertification credit hours for your courses?
If you have enrolled in and completed a BernieU course that is eligible for recertification credit hours for HRCI certifications, you will need to complete all of the classes in the course and pass the course quiz.
After the classes have been completed and the quiz has been passed, we will automatically email you the HRCI approved provider activity ID number that you can use to claim your recertification credits.

How do I enroll in a course?
To enroll in a course, simply navigate to the “Courses” tab in the top navigation and then click the course you are interested in. You will be redirected to the course enrollment page. In order to enroll in the course, you will need to complete the form on this page. If this is your first time registering for a BernieU course, you will then be asked to create an account so that you can access your courses.
After you have enrolled and created your account you can access your courses under “My Library”.
Why do I have to create an account?
After registering for your first course, you will be redirected to an account creation page where you will need to input the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Verify Password
You will only be redirected to this page when you register for your first course. Creating an account will allow you to log into BernieU and see all the courses you have registered for (under “My Library”) and progress through them at your own pace.
How can I access the courses I've enrolled in?
You can access all the courses you’ve registered for by first logging in to your account (upper right hand corner) and then navigating to “My Library” in the main navigation.
What does it mean to pre-enroll in a course?
If you’ve pre-enrolled in a course that means you will receive access to the course when it goes live. The course will be automatically added to your library and you can begin working through the classes.
How do I reset my password?
If you can’t remember your password and need to re-set it, simply navigate to the login page from the upper right-hand navigation, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions.
